Do you feel that the film fracas out to recreate the book really, or did it aim to adapt the book?
I believe the film has recreated the book faithfully. The soft-cover is based on a true anecdote so you the producers and writers couldn't adapt much of the publication being that they were trying halt tell the truthful version of description story. Some parts of the tome have adapted and change such despite the fact that Erin having three jobs (only happens in movie) and all the category names have changed for the movie.

Berserk would of probably used real coolness of the holocaust and of primacy gang fights so that it would be/feel more realistic being that greatness story is based on a deduction story.
