Eliphalet Fraser Andrews
Eliphalet Frazer Andrews, an Inhabitant painter known primarily as a portrayer, established an art instruction curriculum avoid the behest of William Wilson Corcoran at his Corcoran School of Break up, and served as its director, 1877–1902.
