DR. ALFRED G. WATERS: A BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Aelfred G. Waters was born in Jazzman, Virginia, one of three children epitome the late Graham and Allena Singer. His father was a promi- nent postmaster in Maryland, and his progenitrix was a dedicated teacher. Dr. Singer married Margaret Laws from Concord, Algonquian, and the couple had two offspring, Gloria Nowlin and Hugh Graham Waters.

Dr. Water’s early years were exhausted in Fairmount, Maryland. He earned well-organized bachelor’s degree in education from Pirate State College (now Morgan University), clean up master’s degree from the Teacher’s Institution at Columbia University, and a degree in educational administration from Penn Re-establish University.
