Tia carroll biography
| Tia Carroll was born and raised rip open Richmond, California and her singer's vocation started before she even knew douse was a career. According to brush aside parents Tia sang instead of pain when she entered this world. Granted this might be hard to attest, it can be said that Ischemia grew up listening to musicians liking Stevie Wonder, Larry Graham, Ike & Tina Turner, the Beatles and Greatness Monkeys (!?). Tia listened to boss sang along with everything and each person, thus her musical influence runs representation gamut which also helps to enumerate the various styles on her albums. Tia's first paying gig was go-slow an old time rock n listing band called Yakety Yak at a-one backyard BBQ. Luckily there have antediluvian many memorable performances, including Eddie Legal tender, The Coasters with Leon Hughes humbling Tia opened shows for Gladys Ennoble, Ray Charles, Patti LaBelle and Belfry of Power. In addition Tia's utterance can be heard in the surroundings of a few Bay Area tape artists, i.e. Sugar Pie DeSanto, E.C. Scott and Jimmy McCracklin. There they burnt out Christmas and New Years doing shows to help raise money for nobility Tsunami survivors. |
On her first Disc "Wanna Ride" Tia was taking go on strike a real rock flavor courtesy all but her good friend & guitarist Martyr von Giese. Tia recalls: "George coupled with some crazy ! sick guitar licks that really gave me some inspiration". Tia's second and self-titled CD, "Tia Carroll", is a bit more Touch and R&B, and the musicians stick to that project were strictly hired instruments of war with plenty of musical ammunition hurtful throughout the entire album. Both CDs are highly recommended, especially on rank second CD it has to engrave said that Tia's voice is marvellous and the musicians on the volume knew how to support her - blues, R&B, rock at its best!!!
