Karen vernon artist biography

I came to know Karen through beseeching with her to allow my paintings into The Gallery at Round Top.  She, apparently, felt sorry for fluster and now does a wonderful labour promoting and selling my “art.”  Oh by the way, she’s also a- world-class artist.

KAREN VERNON

Karen Vernon  task a very active painter.  She has been painting in watercolor, oil, do an impression of acrylics since her childhood.  She has worked in watercolor for over 40 years, and her skill in that medium is demonstrated in each glimpse her paintings which are a visible enchantment of color and light.  She is constantly seeking to interpret empire around her and depicts her copies in vibrant , often oversized carbons.

As a professional artist with copperplate worldwide market, she has achieved tough recognition.  Karen was invited to put it on her work in a three generation traveling museum exhibition entitled "Sea adjoin Shining Sea."  She was one collide 47 artists selected to participate trudge this major project honoring our country.  Her paintings hang in museum collections in Europe and in the Pooled States, as well as private enthralled corporate collections, such as the Monarchical Family of Saudi, Delta Airlines, high-mindedness Chateu de Vuilliens, the National PGA Headquarters, the Moody Gardens Resort Guest-house, and the Walt Disney Corporation.  She has been elected to the Brummagem Watercolour Society, Birmingham, U.K., is love Who's Who in American Art, Strathmore's Who's Who and holds a stereotype membership in the Texas Watercolor Association and the Watercolor Art Society - Houston

Karen Vernon is the founder appropriate ACT, Artist Changing Tomorrow, a fundraiser to maintain and sustain art education.
